Frequently Asked Questions
* Can I get your solution? Is it right for my business?
Please click here to find out.

* Is the voice quality the same as a normal business grade telephone line?
The network has been engineered such that voice traffic takes precedence over Internet traffic and hence voice quality should be retained. In any case we will pre-qualify DSL services available at your location and make sure sufficient bandwidth can be allocated for voice before progressing any further.

* How many services can I combine?
In the one device, you can combine up to 8 analogue lines and one DSL service. You can cluster multiple devices together that support hunt groups across separate CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment). (Line hunt is passing calls in sequence to other lines in the group until a free line is found)

* Can I keep my current numbers?
Yes, Local Number Portability (LNP) provides a means for you to change your physical network connection from one carrier to another and retain your existing local telephone number(s).

* What other equipment will I need?
A PABX or Key System is not necessary, though if you already have one, you can connect this system to the POTS (Plain Old Telephone System) lines. You can use Commander-like key systems, fax machines, modems, EFTPOS terminals and direct to telephone handsets. Please note we only supply the device that integrates the voice & data lines, not the handsets or the PABX.

* How does it work?
The solution leverages copper infrastructure to provide both quality voice services as well as data applications over the same existing line to the site.
