Netforce Guides AVJennings to benefits
beyond cost savings
Netforce has enjoyed a two year relationship with property giant AVJennings. With expanding operations across four states the company requires a strong networking partner to manage their WAN.
After an initial WAN rollout which delivered 20% in cost savings and improved access to corporate systems and business tools for staff at AVJennings, the relationship between the two organisations has flourished. Paul Wakeford, AVJennings’ IT Systems specialist speaks highly of the professionalism and knowledge of the Netforce engineering team.
“We receive personalised service and round the clock network maintenance and security,” said Wakeford. “This delivers us real peace of mind, knowing that if there is an issue Netforce is on to it before it impacts our network. And seeing the same Netforce team members regularly provides us with comfort and confidence. They really are familiar with our specific network.”
AVJennings has enjoyed the benefits of Netforce’s state-of-the-art remote monitoring tools Accessed via an online portal. Netforce’s Network Management Tool (NMT) provides AVJennings real time insight into the performance of their links and visibility into data traffic moving anywhere on their network. The portal and system of alerts allows AVJennings to proactively manage activities that impact on network performance.
And the AVJennings accounts department have reaped the benefits of the relationship as well. Reflecting on the incumbent supplier, Wakeford recalls, “Each bill reached at least 500 pages. It was impossible to reconcile.” Netforce offers customised invoicing. The new AVJennings invoices feature sub-totalled usage data for each state, itemised to their own specifications.
Most recently Netforce have incorporated 3G technology into the AVJennings WAN, providing greenfield sites and mobile users secure access directly into the AVJennings Network.
