New Features on the Netforce Customer Portal
We have recently released a host of useful new features on the Netforce Customer Portal. The new look portal gives you loads of helpful information about your Netforce services, and now includes access to online order and quote tracking.
ONLINE ORDER AND QUOTE TRACKING
The Netforce Online Ordering section is an easy to use system that allows you to track your Netforce orders online. You can view all past and present quotes, so you can easily view past purchases, or revisit a quote that you did not move forward with.
DATA SERVICES SECTION
The Data Services section gives you a full set of information for any of your Netforce Data Services. You can view a summary of all your services, or more detailed information about an individual service including FNNs, line speed and all related IP addresses. If you want to track your data usage, simply click through and you can review your usage by site, by month or as a total across your entire Netforce WAN.
NETFORCE SUPPORT
You can create and track support calls placed on Netforce by anyone in your organisation. Coupled with access to the powerful online monitoring tools Netforce provides as part of your current services, you will always be able to keep a finger on the status of support issues and exactly what’s happening across your entire network.
The Netforce Customer Portal will continue to develop over the coming months – we are currently hard at work developing an online ordering system for hardware and peripherals.
All Netforce customers can access the customer portal via the Netforce website. Simply select “Managed Services” from the Customer Login menu.
