| | | Welcome to the first edition of The Netforce Guide, a publication which will be released quarterly. It is available in print or via our Netforce web site: www.netforce.com.au
The purpose of The Netforce Guide is to connect with the network of Australian IT Managers and provide a starting point for investigation in how developments in Managed Services can assist you and your business. It will also serve as a resource on our company direction and initiatives - how we are applying IT solutions to assist our customers achieve their goals.
Now, more than ever, businesses are striving to align IT with business goals. Engaging a strong networking & managed services provider can deliver you cost savings and allow you to reallocate internal IT resources to concentrate specifically on the delivery of your business goals. Your current staff can spend less time setting up, monitoring, managing, patching and upgrading your current infrastructure, and you have the peace of mind that your investments are monitored and managed.
Through out this issue of the Netforce Guide you can gain some insight into how Netforce is set about delivering these solutions to businesses throughout Australia. Our role is to be ‘technology guide’, taking special care to maintain an understanding the needs and goals of your business. The benefit of this for you is the knowledge that we continue to work hard to inject new ideas and develop our range of solutions to ensure all of our customers are getting the most out of their investments.
Our customers seek for more than a pure transactional relationship. And yes, I can understand and relate to that! I think about the most successful working relationships that I have enjoyed with my own suppliers. They stem from the supplier taking an active interest in our business, and making them selves available to help us achieve what we want to achieve. That fuels a relationship that derives benefits for both organisations. I know it takes time to find those suppliers, but once you do find them, it makes a real difference.
Happy reading.
